Without established credit history, these consumers have effectively been locked out of the current financial system. Our mission and our success story stem from our unique ability, through data-driven decision making, to give affordable & comparatively well-priced credit products to this deserving yet underserved population. 

 

We are currently looking for a highly data-driven, growth minded Sr. Manager to join our Customer Lifecycle Analytics team in order to help us develop new methods and strategies to enhance the relationship we have with our customers. This person will be fully responsible for developing lifecycle marketing strategies, building personalized propensity models, as well as communicating performance and recommendations to C-suite audiences. This is a high visibility/high impact role which will be able to directly influence company level goals & metrics. 

Responsibilities

  • Build servicing strategy to increase engagement and loyalty throughout customers lifetime with us, including referrals, payments, and the holistic lifecycle. 
  • Own and manage our customer referrals, partnering with product and stakeholders to grow the program
  • Work cross-functionally with partner teams and stakeholders to drive customer-focused change across all touchpoints
  • Ensure timely completion of all project milestones while keeping all involved teams and stakeholders informed
  • Design, launch, and analyze omni-channel communication (email, SMS, DM, push notifications) experiments and scale into mature campaigns
  • Support ongoing analysis of business & marketing performance required to inform company level decisions on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, analysisand models required to sustain and hit current company KPIs 
  • Comfort with data, solve non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree minimum
  • 4+ years of professional experience in relevant field of work (analytics, business strategy, performance marketing etc.) minimum; 6+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred
