We are looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to create and execute lifecycle strategies for customer acquisition and onboarding. The ideal candidate is a product marketer with strong project managing skills, customer obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, excited to work in a fast-paced environment.



  • Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual lifecycle marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
  • Build positive relationships with key business partners, from products, technology, compliance to senior leadership
  • Establish a measurement framework with the analytics team to show the impact of our programs to the overall business
  • Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
  • Develop a framework that prioritizes initiatives based on business impact and scalability
  • Utilize technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models, mobile insights, and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact
  • Lead email, in-product, push, SMS strategies, as well as go to market and execution plans including calendaring, measurement, and experimentation roadmap
  • Create new initiatives at scale that drive revenue and customer lifetime value, while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization


  • 7+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM for conversion, financial services industry preferred
  • Extensive experience in email, in-product and/or push notifications, SMS (and other relevant performance marketing channels) with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
  • Strong leader and negotiator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and trade-offs to leadership
  • Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across functional teams
  • Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs
  • Creative self-starter with a can-do attitude; can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated
  • Team player and strong communicator
  • Spanish proficiency preferred
