The Product Marketing Strategy & Insights Team is looking for an Analyst who will play a critical role in managing our survey program, conducting analysis by combining survey data with other sources, developing a strategy in collaboration with the manager & team, and presenting to stakeholders. 


The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate a curiosity to explore different ideas, determination to find answers and improve our products, and a personal desire to continuously improve. Your average week will involve the daily running of the survey program, preparing regular presentations about our customer, developing strategy to better serve customers, and helping other teams solve their problems by understanding the customer. 


  • Drive survey design and analysis for adhoc projects and implement new surveys or changes 
  • Develop monthly evaluations of our regular survey feedback which combine survey data, proprietary data and other data (macro, market data, etc) to provide clear, concise reporting and recommendations to C-Suite executives 
  • Organize and document items relevant to the survey program, including project plans, critical records, program overviews, etc 
  • Monitor customer trends and share the implications throughout the company 
  • Provide analytical support to the Product Marketing Team on an adhoc basis to solve problems and inform strategy 
  • Iterate on understanding NPS and other metrics’ impacts on key business metrics (e.g., if our score goes down by 1 point, how does that affect our customer retention?) 
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech, and Legal to ensure the continued success of the survey program 
  • Work with Operations, Customer Experience and Design Teams to identify and solve our toughest problems regarding customers 


  • Bachelor’s Degree, analytical or social science disciplines preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis 
  • Comfortable problem solving to produce detail-oriented answers 
  • Experience with coding to perform analysis (SQL, R, and Python preferred) 
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills 
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts 
  • Ability to communicate data to inform and persuade   
  • Strong organizational and communication skills necessary to multi-task multiple parties’ needs 
  • Empathy to get into our customers’ mindset and the logic to translate it to business terms
