    The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited, to the following:

    • Manage 4-6 supervisors 
    • Responsible for ensuring consistent hiring, training and quality assurance practices across the three sites
    • Ensure that all problems or issues encountered are resolved appropriately and in a timely manner in order to achieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction, and that all procedures and guidelines are followed.
    • Coach and mentor staff to improve performance, ensure career growth and succession plannng
    • Establish adequate staffing levels to effectively manage monthly goals
    • Effectively use collections systems to measure collection performance for clients and collectors, properly manage ongoing collections activities, achieve optimum results, and address and immediately resolve issues timely and accurately
    • Identify opportunities to leverage product enhancements to increase production and to strengthen operational controls to ensure flawless execution of our collections treatment.
    • Internal/external quality assurance to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as all relevant state/federal and country specific collection laws.
    • Work with senior management to formulate and interpret policies, set goals, and create ways to increase overall productivity



    • Fluency in Spanish and English
    • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Prior experience as a Collections Manager collecting on US based accounts (MUST)
    • Experience with the Fair Debt Collections Act
    • Familiarity with traditional collection metrics (roll rates, liquidation and charge off rates)
    • Familiarity with traditional collection strategies, tools and technology
    • Must be able to analyze and use risk data to break down operational processes, identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve losses, expenses and controls
    • Candidates must be able to relocate to Jalostotitlan, Jalisco
